Welcome to Everyone Active! we are one of the nation’s largest leisure operators. Established in 1987, Everyone Active is also the country’s longest-established leisure contractor.

We’re called Everyone Active for a reason. We’ve made it our mission to encourage everyone to participate in at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity, either in one of our centres or via online training, five times per week.

We are passionate about being active and staying healthy, and we want our members to be too. Whether it is state-of-the art gym equipment, excellent sports facilities, Swim England-accredited swimming programmes or fun activities for children, our centres aim to offer something for the entire community to enjoy.

Our online profiles and bookings system require you to have an email address. This can be a shared email address with a partner or parent. You will need to set one up if you don’t have or share an email account.

If you are able to log into your account, you can update your email address. To do this go to My Details If you no longer have access to your email address or can not log in, please contact us. Send an enquiry

We do allow multiple accounts to use the same email address as long as the passwords are unique.

If your email address is registered with us more than once, for example on another family member’s account, you may be required to enter your Everyone Active card ID. This will be to identify the account you wish to access / update when logging in or resetting your password. (Card ID can be found on the back of your Membership Card underneath the barcode). If you do not have a card, or don’t know your card ID then you will need to submit an enquiry.

Joining Everyone Active

If you are not a member already and want to join as a new member, you can do this online or in centre. We have a variety of memberships available (depending on centres). To see the memberships available and start the join process, visit Join Membership

If you join online and complete the online induction process you will be able to use the centre/gym straightaway. If you do not complete the induction process you will be able to use the centre, but will be unable to use the gym. Register Now

Our swimming lessons are for everyone, children can start from 4 months old, this is where the parent/guardian accompanies children in the lesson and once they turn 3 years old, they are able to attend lessons independently. There is no upper age limit for those wishing to learn to swim – we offer a range of child and adult lessons to suit all abilities.

Signing up for swimming lessons can be done online, through our quick online service Start Swim Lesson Joining.

You can add optional extras once your initial membership is set up. Simply select the additional item, enter your membership details when prompted and select your payment option. This new optional extra will then be added to your membership.

You can cancel or amend your membership add-on in your “My Membership” section in your profile area.

If you sign up for a free online profile you will get limited access to our online system. You will be able to use the online planner, book online and the Everyone Active app to book and pay for classes and activities. You will also receive an Everyone Active card to allow access to the centre, available for collection at Reception. Register Now
