Sam Buck, Head Coach of Dive London, had this to say about the impressive performance of the Dive London team –

"It's been a fantastic summer for the Dive London team winning medals at World Championships, Junior European Championships, Commonwealth Games and Senior European Championships. It's a very exciting time as we look to build towards the Olympic qualifications next year. There have been some inspirational performances which will no doubt inspire future talent!"

A summer of success packed full of medals for team GB will be remembered for years to come as the divers set their sights on the Olympic qualifications next year.  It is a delight to hear a personal account of the Games from one of the Dive London Team.

Commonwealth Games Silver medallist Kyle Kothari reflected on Team GB’s success explaining, “Winning Silver at the Commonwealth Games and two Golds at European Championships (my first time at both) has been a surreal experience. Going from not training at all last year and thinking of quitting, to a successful season like the last has left me just wanting more - especially after missing out on the previous games due to injuries over the past few years. I hope this year I can show what I'm capable to place myself in a position to bid for those Olympic spots in 2024 so it will be a crucial season and one where I am more focused on my performances rather than individual competitions or training camps.”
