We’re hiring! At London Aquatics Centre we are looking to expand our dedicated, motivated and diverse team.

Due to the current demands of our expanding programme, we have a number of new positions available and are recruiting for a variety of roles:

  • Concierge (40 hours)
  • Flexible Creche Assistant
  • Fitness Instructor (20 hours)
  • Flexible Group Cycle Instructor
  • Recreation Assistant - Lifeguard (40 hours) 
  • Senior Recreation Assistant - Lifeguard  (40 hours)
  • Flexible Swimming Teacher 
  • Flexible Trainee Swimming Teacher

About us

London Aquatics Centre is operated by a charitable social enterprise, Better. Established in 1993, we are now the largest operator of leisure and library facilities in the UK with more than 140 separate venues in our portfolio.

London Aquatics Centre boasts world renowned facilities with a 50m competition pool, a 50m training pool, and a diving pool with platforms at 1m, 3m, 5m, 7.5m and 10m. In addition London Aquatics Centres provides a state-of-the-art gym and a dry diving facility for grassroots and elite athletes.

The home of UK diving, London Aquatics Centre hosts some of the world’s most talented divers with the resident Dive London elite club and develops young divers through the Tom Daley Diving Academy.

The venue has hosted incredible events over the years including FINA World Diving Series, European Swimming Championships as well as more recently the Arena Games Triathlon and ITV The Games.
