As well as being great fun and an important life skill, our award-winning swimming lessons here at London Aquatics Centre are available for small children from four months old all the way up to adults. We follow the Swim England Learn to Swim pathway, with fully qualified teachers who have your child’s enjoyment and safety at the forefront of their mind.

Unleash your inner Tom Daley and take on the incredible array of diving facilities we have at our disposal here at London Aquatics Centre. From our dedicated diving pool with boards and platforms from 1m to 10m to the dry diving practice facilities, there’s something for everyone here – from complete novices taking their first leap into the unknown to experienced divers practicing for their next competition.

Find your way through this exciting obstacle course set on the water that’s designed to test your agility, balance and speed. With slides, climbing walls and wobbly bridges, Aqua Splash is the ultimate family adventure!

Here at London Aquatics Centre, we have a wide range of classes available to suit everyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level. From intense cardio and weights-based classes to more relaxed sessions and even classes in the pool, there really is something for everybody.

Regardless of where you are on your fitness journey – a seasoned gym-goer or someone who’s new to exercise – our spacious and well-equipped gym is perfect for helping you reach your aims. Whether you prefer cardio, resistance, functional, free weights workouts – or a combination of all four – you’ll find a gym that’s suited to everyone and packed with all the latest equipment.

Junior Gym sessions are dedicated timeslots during the day for children aged 11-15 to get active and have fun. With a wide range of equipment and activities, your child is sure to have a great workout. Our qualified instructors will help them stay motivated and safe, while they learn new skills and challenge themselves.

A plan from one of our fantastic, fully-qualified Personal Trainers can help you in so many ways. Not only can they give you an idea of where to start if you’re a beginner and how best to achieve your goals but also, if you’re a more experienced gym visitor, then they can help you with ideas of how to keep your workout fresh and interesting, while still on track to hit your fitness goals. They’re also fantastic for helping to keep you motivated if you’re not feeling it that day!

There’s nowhere better to make a splash with your child’s birthday party than here at London Aquatics Centre. We’ve got two amazing package deals – the classic pool party where your child and their friends can enjoy the water to their heart’s content and the thrilling Aqua Splash party, which offers fun and thrills in equal measure. Our pool parties are held in our teaching pools, where your child can enjoy quality time with their friends.

Here at London Aquatics Centre, there’s a wide variety of thrilling activities to keep your children entertained.
